Psychotherapy - Individuals & Couples
One-on-one and Couples talk therapy is available to anyone 16 years of age and older. We have a small and very experienced team of therapists who deliver psycho-educational-driven therapy. Psychotherapy is a collaboration between the client or clients and the therapist.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnosis Children & Adults
The first step is to talk to a member of our professional team to assess if this programme is suitable for you. We offer a programme of both diagnosis and treatment for ASD for children (8+) and adults. And currently we have reduced our waiting list to four weeks for our ASD Assessment Programmes.

Adult ADHD - Diagnosis & Treatment for Teens & Adults
ADHD is one of the most common neuro-development disorders. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts into adulthood. People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviours (may act without thinking about what the result will be), or be overly active.

Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy for Children & Teens
Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy or DDP is a therapeutic approach primarily used for children who have experienced early attachment trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or other adverse experiences. It focuses on helping both the child and their caregiver(s) to heal and develop secure attachment relationships.

As the Principal Clinician, I have gathered a small but highly skilled team who along with myself, perform to the highest of clinical standards.
